Products

All of our cookies and baked goods are handcrafted in small batches. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in appearance, color, and decoration are normal and make every order unique.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Large, custom, holiday, or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Cali's Cookie Corner is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, certain toppings and chocolates may be packaged separately to preserve freshness and presentation.

Customers will receive simple finishing instructions when applicable.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles products containing:

Although we follow careful food handling procedures, we cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens.

Customers with severe food allergies should not consume our products.

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
